Wilson Post 13 hosted the 2013 North Carolina American Legion Baseball State Tournament, July 26–30, at historic Fleming Stadium. As the host team, Post 13 received an automatic bid and was joined by four area champions from across the state as well as the runners-up from areas II, III and IV.
